How to Initiate a Return

If you are not totally satisfied with BurnJaro™, your results, or your experience within the first 60 days of your purchase, simply let us know by contacting our support team at support@burnjaro.pro.

To process your refund, we require that you return the product (even empty bottles) to our fulfillment center. Once we receive the return, we will issue a full refund (less shipping and handling) within 48 hours.

Return Conditions

• The return request must be made within 60 days of the original purchase date.
• All bottles (full, partial, or empty) must be returned to our warehouse.
• The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
